These terms govern your use of the Quizzos service at quizzos.uk and related subdomains. By creating an account, signing in, or using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that takes place under your account.
• Student accounts are intended for use by students enrolled in a class on Quizzos.
• You may delete your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, defraud, or harm other users.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or bypass security controls.
• Use the service to send unsolicited messages or spam.
• Scrape, copy, or republish content that does not belong to you.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we may remove content that we reasonably believe violates them.

Content you create

You keep ownership of quizzes, questions, classes, and other content you create on Quizzos. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, display, and transmit that content as needed to run the service for you and the students or classes you share it with.

Quiz responses and scores generated by students belong to the student and to the teacher running the class, who may use them for grading, feedback, and analytics.

Our content

Quizzos, the Quizzos name, logo, and software are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use them only as needed to use the service.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where possible we will notify users in advance of material changes.

Pricing

Quizzos is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, the terms of those plans will be presented before you subscribe.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that results obtained from it will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quizzos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we are required to do so by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the updated terms.
